My name is Hannah but I prefer to be called by my nickname Pixie. Pixie's House of Cards was started by me in December 2024; it is a small business dedicated to providing Magic the Gathering cards and accessories. I am aiming to create a welcoming space for all gaming enthusiasts. I am passionate about gaming, particularly Magic the Gathering and board games. Ask me about my favourite games!

Pixie's House of Cards specialises in Magic the Gathering cards and accessories. In the future I hope to expand to a variety of board games and other gaming merchandise.

I currently only offer shipping to the UK.

For 10 single cards or less, you have the option of paying for a Royal Mail Standard Letter, either 1st or 2nd class. For larger orders of single cards please select Royal Mail Large Letter, also with options for 1st and 2nd class.

For parcels or if you want a tracked service for more expensive items, I offer 2 tracked services with Royal Mail. I offer these at a rate of £3.65 for Royal Mail 48 or £4.50 for Royal Mail 24. For these options, please provide your email address and phone number for updates on your delivery.

I aim to dispatch all items within 48 hours of payment.  Please be assured that all items are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Approximately 20p per order goes towards packaging - For single cards, I always use sleeves, toploaders and hard-backed envelopes. I do recycle and reuse boxes to avoid waste.

If you wish to cancel or change your order you can do so without charge, prior to dispatch.

You can return any order within 30 days for a refund (excluding the postage) from the date of receiving your order. You must return items in the same condition as when they were purchased. Sealed products must remain sealed.

You will need to pay for the return postage of any unwanted items.

If your parcel doesn't arrive, or if it arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible so I can report the issue to the carrier, which will be Royal Mail. I will ensure Royal Mail rectify the issue with me and in the meantime I will send out either a refund or a replacement item to you. Please make sure you keep any evidence of damage etc to support your claim.

I grade my cards in the same way that other sites such as Cardmarket and Card Kingdom do. As follows:

Graded (G) Professionally Evaluated 

Mint (MT) - Perfect

Near Mint (NM) - Pack Fresh

Excellent (EX) - Minor Wear, Slightly Played

Good (GD) - Visible Wear, Moderately Played

None of my cards will ever be in anything lower than Good condition with the majority being Excellent or better. If you wish to have a photograph of any cards prior to purchase please message me.

I will only use your address for the purposes of sending you your order. I do not keep or store any information outside of this website. Please supply a phone number and email address for updates on tracked shipping.
